“We had a fantastic experience with our kitchen appliance purchase and installation. I had attempted to order appliances through GE directly and they missed the mark so badly we had to refuse the order. When I called Brook Valley in a bit of a panic they were able to source all of the appliances (including a special order stove) in short order and schedule us for installation 2 weeks later. There was a tiny hiccup when the icemaker wasn’t installed in the freezer and they came out the next day (at a time that worked for us!) to remedy that. Would absolutely recommend.”
