WAYYY too expensive wayyy too expensive. Almost $30 for 1 sandwich and 1 juice. I lived in Brooklyn before and I thought those prices were insane. Vermont is becoming a strange place with how things are priced. Tastes great but I thought she rang it up incorrectly, I was shocked. Won’t be coming back until I get a promotion :(

Very cute natural foods store with groceries as well as made-to-order wraps, juices, and smoothies! Friendly, fast service offering hot lunch options as well as many bakery items. They can also accommodate gluten-free restrictions.

Friendly, family-run natural foods store with excellent selection. Great juices and delicious wraps with plenty of fresh veggies. Vegan baked goods in the back (we tried the hazelnut cake and chocolate banana bread) are not to be missed. Highly recommended!

Just a few hours ago, I got a smoothie in their back, to-go section. It was basically like drinking water and was so expensive. Including tax $13.xx for a 16 oz cup of watered down tasting ice. It was so disappointing. The young lady who made it was very pleasant, however, so I just imagine that the ingredients aren't quality?? Or maybe a powder?? Anyway, save your money and get a smoothie elsewhere.

Decent selection of items one would want and expect to find in a health food store. As it's quite small, they can only fit so much product. *Please note that they do not accept EBT.*I went in primarily to purchase a juice and chose the "Emerald City," which was made fresh upon ordering. Juice was good, but at $10 was a little pricey for the size; however, juice bars tend to be on the expensive side. Also picked up a heart-shaped sugar cookie from their homemade baked goods section. Upon checkout I was surprised to see that it cost $4.25...! Wow. It didn't have a very good taste - rather bland, and like it had been sitting there a couple days.Based on the reviews, my expectations for this store were high; but unfortunately I was disappointed. Though to be fair, my standards for health food stores are quite lofty as I've had the privilege of experiencing some truly top-notch establishments around the country, and I'm sure these folx are doing their best.

I had to give you 1 star. I drove from NY and this place use to be so special to me until I brought my family here and bought several baked goods in the back of the store. To my surprise I found stands of hair in 3 muffins....horrible. Do better. This is an organic shop and honestly it is hard to find good quality treats and this use to be a no brained when I came to Manchester but I can not say that for my next trip. Just horrible.

I just want to state that this was one of my favorite places during my trip through Vermont/New Hampshire. Of the four days I was in Vermont, I came to this place three times. It's a natural foods store that sells dry goods, some bulk items, fresh and frozen foods, and natural body care products. In the back of the shop is their juice bar, wrap station, and baked goods section. I had a wrap and a juice every day. My favorite juice was Juice at the Root: beet red apple, carrot, lemon, and ginger. I also had the Refreshmint: red apple, lime, mint, cucumber. I tried two of their six wraps, the Temptress: Tempeh, roasted red pepper, caramelized onion, spinach, carrots, vegan mayo, and the Cheesy Vegan: Tempeh, tomato, spinach, caramelized onion, vegan cheese, chipotle sauce. The wraps were ridiculously delicious. They're very generous with the tempeh in the wraps so it's just big mouthfuls of deliciousness. I also got three baked goods, two oat jammy squares and a pumpkin cinnamon swirl muffin, all gluten-free and very moist and flavorful. When I go back to Vermont next year I will make sure to stop by again for wraps and juices.

The temptress wrap was so good. The green juice was fresh and tasted amazing.
The food counter is at the back of a store really well
Stocked with vegan products.
This is a great find in an area with super limited options.
