Worst experience ever! QR code did not work, couldn't access parking, no attendant onsite to assist, no way to immediately get help, lost $15. Customer service process to request refund is a joke.

They book spots that are not available when you arrive and there is no attendant to help. Their support then tells you that they cannot guarantee parking but they also do not refund your money.
