“What you'd expect from a Kimpton property: nice rooms, well-equipped with ironing board, yoga mat, etc., dog-friendly. Attentive staff, including housekeeping. Free EV charger. Minor gripes: wifi was spotty, real (not disposable) coffee cups would be nice. Rooms facing Main St. get a lot of traffic noise.”

“Had the absolute pleasure of doing a replacement with Paul at the fishing desk. I recently purchased a clearwater outfit and made the jump from generic brands to orvis. After a disappointing first 20 days, I hadn't caught anything and ended up with a broken rod. I spoke with customer service and headed to the Manchester location. Paul was able to help me immediately, he even swapped my reel to the correct right hand retrieve and showed me how to do it myself. After being so disappointed, I can certainly say even if I never catch a single fish, I am so beyond happy with Paul, and the orvis team that I will be heading to the Manchester location every chance I get. I have become a lifelong customer because of this experience today! Truly thank you, Paul and the entire orvis team!!”
