Great shop and friendly employees/owner. Beth did an amazing job bringing my hair back to life and did an amazing blow out. She is also great with men's cuts too.

I was a bridesmaid in a wedding, and we hired Lori and her colleague to do our hair as well as the bride's hair and makeup. From the getco, it was clear that these women were not professionals. Their equipment was not salon quality and they both performed as though they had never used a blow dryer/curling iron/bobby pin before. All of the bridesmaids had to re-wash and blow dry their hair in a last-minute scramble, and we had to redo the bride's hair ourselves while Lori watched (and kept the clock running on her hourly rate!). The bride has naturally beautiful skin and she didn't want heavy makeup, so her makeup looked ok (despite being done in a dark dining room without natural light or the use of a professional makeup light). Though we had several real-time conversations about the quality issues, Lori insisted she be paid her "full amount" before allowing us to leave for the ceremony (to which we were already running late having had to redo everyone's hair!). She insisted that there was a contract with the bride requiring payment onsite for a specific amount, but that turned out to be a lie and she was just overcharging us. They also reeked of cigarette smoke. Do not give these people your business for anything.

STAY AWAY. Lori and her staff took advantage of me and my bridesmaids on my wedding day. All four of my bridesmaids had to take their hair out and do it themselves. We ended up with four removed hairstyles and all I got was my wedding makeup done. They charged us $1,000. We've been trying to get some money back but she suggested we report her to the Better Business Bureau rather than acknowledging that the blow outs were poor quality. Trying to forget about the experience but it was definitely a rip off. Also unclear who owns the salon - Lori was cagey about it and acted like management wouldn't let her refund us, but then admitted that she was the manager. Not a professional situation.

I'd give them zero stars if I could. Do NOT book here. I made a nail and hair appointment for an event tonight over a week in advance. My entire day was flexible, so after I made the appointment, I planned my day around it. 20 minutes before my appointment, I get a call (I didn't answer, so it went to voicemail) saying that stylist wasn't going to make it on time so my appointment was canceled. They didn't specify if both services were canceled, so I spent 20 minutes calling back (no answer) before I finally went over to ask in person. I got a "sorry, we had a busy day." Busy day??? What is the point of an appointment? (I feel like a Seinfeld episode). She didn't once try to figure out how to squeeze me in or accommodate. So unprofessional. Don't waste your time.

So amazing!! Beth was so inviting and welcoming when I called for same hour appointment! She's super talented and she is so pleasant. She did an amazing job on my hair. Kara took care of my pedicure and waxing and she did a GREAT job. Such a tiny little lady with powerful hands!! Don't pass this location by! You'll be sorry you did. Directly across the street from Equionox Hotel! Call today. You'll be glad you did.

The owner Beth is very warm and welcoming!! Place is clean and super cute!! Got an amazing spray tan done by Denise and definitely will he getting that done more often . Was the best spray tan I've ever gotten !! Usually you get smudges or runs. Amd usually looks orange . This did not .. super happy. I recommend this for weddings..or any quite occasion u need to be tan for...
