Great products at a premium price. If you want quality, this is a good place to go to.

Quality products. The staff was very friendly, not forceful and helpful.

Everything overpriced, but the label is prestigious.

Excellent place for feeding trout (huge!) with little ones. High quality merch but very pricey.

The flagship store was a major disappointment. While the store was large, it did not seem to have anything more special than my local store.

Really handsome store and if you fish, especially fly fish, this is the promised land. Don't forget to bring your wallet, bc while this store is packed to the gills with fine merchandise, its not cheap. Even the bathrooms are immaculate. There are some fish food vending machines to feed the live fish in the casting ponds. It won't take up much of your day, but entertaining for several minutes, especially for kids. You can book lessons, here, and even overcast days seem acceptable on these grounds. Ample parking, and just next door is the outlet store where you can find thousands of Orvis items marked down to a more manageable cost. There are plenty of food options up the road, and the area is as quaint as it gets. I now know the subtle differences between a Brook, Brown, and Rainbow trout! My pics stink, my apologies. It's beautiful, trust me.

Would have been nice to see rod building but you have to be there exactly at 10:30. They have all the windows blocked, so you can't see anything. Fly tying selection is pathetic. Ponds have big fish.

I had not visited Orvis in Manchester in several decades so things have changed quite a bit. It is a high quality company in everything they do and they seem to be prospering while other great outdoor names like Eddie Bauer and Abercrombie and Fitch have fallen by the wayside. The building is gorgeous and the displays are nicely done, with plenty of room, light and nice views of the surrounding countryside. You don't go to Orvis to buy cheap clothing but their designs and materials are top shelf, with high quality construction. I'll go again soon.

We had a great time touring the rod shop and shopping in the main store. Customer service was outstanding and they really went out of their way to make sure my wife was having a good time while I played with ALL the rods. One of the highlights to our trip to Vermont.

I've been trying to get here for 40 years. It was worth the wait. As an angler, this is like Santa's workshop of fly fishing; Paradise. The staff is kind and attentive. Nirvana!

Had great service from the staff with the Orvis products but also great suggestions for places to bike ride, eat and explore. They also had a great sale running while we were there. Stopped in twice in as many days. It’s also a beautiful building with massive trout pools to view. Highly recommend a visit if you’re in the area. Don’t miss the outlet store!

The store is beautiful although time and time again I’ve been disappointed by customer service in the actual fishing department. I’ve been there to try to get fitted for wading boots and waders and even having asked for help and waiting 15 min got no help. Went back to look at and buy a real but again got no help. If you’re passing through and stopping to see the fish ponds and get a T-shirt the stores for you. But if you’re serious about fishing and would like a GOOD fly shop your better off at The Real Angler in Manchester
