“We stayed at the Red Clover Inn for a four-day group retreat and had a wonderful experience. The inn is charming, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. Venetia, the owner, has added thoughtful touches throughout the property, and it is clear how much she loves and cares for the inn. She and her staff made us feel genuinely welcome.

Both the indoor and outdoor spaces are beautiful, peaceful, and ideal for a retreat. The common areas were especially inviting, with snacks, coffee, and plenty of water available. Although the building is historic, my room was very comfortable, the temperature was pleasant, and the water pressure was excellent.

We enjoyed dining both indoors and outdoors, canoeing nearby, and spending time with the adorable cavapoos, who felt like the inn’s resident dogs and kept us entertained. We visited in mid-July, and the weather was perfect. This would also be a beautiful setting for a wedding or other special gathering. I would gladly return.”

“The Vermont Inn is a warm and lovely place to stay for the weekend. We booked a room at a super affordable rate, and were thrilled with how nice it was when we walked in (fireplace in unit!). We were stoked about the sauna and hot tub... even though we ended up not managing our time well and just admiring them in passing. Don't sleep on the cozy communal areas tucked away throughout the building (i.e. the multi-level TV room with extensive DVD collection just off the main lobby). Thank you to the kind employees that helped make our stay so enjoyable (shoutout to Abraham).”
