Nikita at the Middlebury AT&T store was knowledgeable and very helpful. She answered all our questions and seemed like she was there for the customer. She got us into a better plan for only dollars more and helped us with a new phone purchase and setup. She was very efficient and friendly.

Update: 9/22/23. To the person who responded to my review. Your store had eight months. My complaint was taken care of by Office of The President in response to my formal complaint. They reviewed my account and communications I had documented and received proper credit. I further responded that a review of store is needed.Well it only took 8 months to receive a credit on a promo trade in as my traded phone turned up missing. After 7 months and many attempts to resolve the issue I had no other choice and had to file a formal complaint with ATT. Included was 23 pages of documentation. My suggestion to anyone when doing a transaction be sure you receive the proper receipt and if you must follow up with ANY phone conversation DOCUMENT, DOCUMENT, DOCUMENT!!I see by other comments the same thing happened more then once. I do hope the others got resolve. There is a formal form from Att that can be downloaded filled out and mailed in. Use priority mail to track receipt. The document is “Notice of Dispute”.Good luck!!

Very rude store I will never do business again have my girlfriend on my Verizon not even a week she went into the AT&t store with the device that I got her was still locked under contract with the Verizon Nokia did the swap with a stolen device what I she takes people with disabilities to a different level she makes them feel like they should do stuff she used my girlfriend on other occasions to get cells from her do not take business

Worst experience.... in December I traded in my S21 towards a new S22 for $1000 and started service with Att...I had not received a bill credit for the S21 and I called AT&T corporate and was told it needed to be taken care of at store level. Nikita has tried to help me, but she can only do so much.... she gave me her district manager's info and he was a complete douche.... he told me to take care of it with AT&T...he was rude, and never followed up. Its now August and I have been paying full price for the phone, it turns out that apparently my phone was stolen by an employee there and there is no record of it being traded in. Noone seems to care to make this right, I switched to Verizon yesterday.

It's too bad that I can't leave a review of less than one star. This business has scammed my elderly parents to the tune of about $1500. Clerk on the receipt is "Nakita B."Follow up as of 8/16: AT&T Corporate solved this issue for. Please know what you are buying and have everything explained to you (which was not done).

Scheduled a one on one appointment with this location to assist and straighten out a friends family plan account and upgrade a phone. I have give Nikita the manager of the Middlebury many kudos! She was very knowledgeable and efficient in solving all the issues and getting everything back and updated. I highly recommend seeing her if you need some assistance with your wireless services and equipment.

Clearly not deserving the one star. This Middlebury Mall store uses Deceptive sales tactics, incomplete information, left the store with zero documentation of what we discussed/agreed to. Save yourself a lot of aggravation and skip the franchise stores and go to a real AT&T store. This is not one. High staff turnover, poorly trained and under staffed.

Re. Middlebury, VT store: The staff lied and did not fill out complete paperwork. The manager said he'd give me money for my phone (a credit on my account) and I turned over my old phone without getting a receipt (that's on me...really stupid). After months of waiting, I'd stop by and be told...it takes a while for the credit to show. After a year...no credit and no record. Go to a real AT&T store, not a franchise like this place. They're crooks. My location is coming up as California and I can't fix it...definitely Middlebury, VT.

They provided false information to the local fire departments to switch from Verizon carriers to AT&T. We were told that as first responders, we run off both Verizon and AT&T towers. Also big discounts on accessories such as watches and tablets. Very disappointed.
