You couldn't ask for nicer, more welcoming staff. Highly recommended for your short list of things to do in Middlebury. ! Leave enough time to enjoy the exhibits and read the detailed displays. There's a lot to explore in the intimate museum, from science to fashion to furniture. Some activities for kids, too.

Really cool museum with an interesting permanent collection and some cool rotating exhibits as well. If you have kids ask for the scavenger hunt. Costs $10 for general admission, some discounts available for seniors/students/other groups

There's always something interesting to see at The Henry Sheldon Museum but you need to know that there's a very small admission fee to see any of their exhibits unless you are a member of the Museum itself in which case the admission fee is waived.
