I saw an interaction with the owner, and young boy who had questions building a deck. I didn't hear everything only enough to know he helped him out and gave him suggestions with what to add with cheaper things. My point is that you don't see that kindness in retail stores much anymore. Most places are only about the sales. I couldn't tell you if the boy bought anything. But he left with a smile.”
