I want to follow up with my earlier post. Not only did they close my account, they restricted my access so now i have multiple ach chargebacks and missed payments that are now charging me fees and key bank never so much as contacted me.I had left this under the hoozick branch, it belongs with the rutland and middlebury branch.I will continue to rate negaTively as this waS wrong.I want to update my negative review:After posting my negative review of key bank i was contacted via email that the so called executive staff of key would reach out to me.Well it appears key bank could really care less about their long term customers as they have not contacted me.We are now considering legal action against the bank.KEY BANK HAS CONTACTED ME AND MADE EVERYTHING RIGHT. 2-12-24. I GIVE THEM CREDIT FOR RESPONDING AND SHOWING THEY ACTUALLY CARE!

Great staff, but not impressed with the bank itself. No locations to speak of, they aren’t associated with any larger banks, hardly any atms, and bad lobby hours (even worse than most banks).

Not only was this branch's staff unhelpful in answering a simple question regarding their checking services, they were incredibly rude in the process of transferring me back and forth between equally unhelpful staff. With the various other local and national bank options in Middlebury, it makes no sense to accept the substandard customer service offered at this branch.
