“Ryan was assisting me today and was very knowledgeable, polite and patient as the power in town had been out all morning. Under stressful circumstances he handled it with ease and was multi tasking between me and another customer, we both left extremely happy! My husband will be returning tomorrow morning to work with Ryan to get a new phone and have it set up. The service was excellent it took a long time but I had a few issues internet box replacement and a new phone so I understood that’s time consuming”
“I have been to the store twice, The first visit was because AT&T the company decided to turn off or reset my SIM. I googled the closest AT&T store to my house and it was this one! THEY FIXED EVERYTHING! This most recent visit was because I broke my Screen protector, AGAIN, VERY POLITE, HELPFUL POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. Thank you”

“Highly recommend. I've taken computers and phones to Tech Medic for years. Every time the service is done in a very reasonable amount of time and the prices are lower than other businesses we've dealt with. I've moved an hour and a half away from Middlebury but will always trust Tech Medic to solve my problems. The drive is worth it.”
