Parlour is a great asset to our community and downtown on a number of levels. They have a very attractive space, a very kind and welcoming staff and our entire family of four has always loved our haircuts! Keep up the great work!

I get my hair cut at Parlour because they reliably give me a haircut that requires no fuss and I still look ok. But tonight..ah tonight. I dropped my son off for his haircut and let it slip that I was stressed and behind in all my family chores. When I picked up my son the same woman I almost cried to greeted me with a care package. I don’t remember the last time someone was nice to me, and certainly someone who reminded me to take care of myself. There is an angel working at Parlour and I recommend you find her. She will change your appearance and your belief in a good future.

Haircut is awesome! However… I had to wait 1/2 hour beyond my appointment time until the stylist was available for me. Management (& stylist) apologized but couldn’t do anything to reduce the cost and made no offer for any other compensation for my time wasted. I find that ironic because they make it clear their time is valuable - signs clearly state late cancellations and ‘no shows’ would be charged 50% of the expected appointment cost. ?

I went in for conditioner and shampoo they did not seem to interested in helping me and as I am legally blind and I told the girl as much it’s sad because it was Lisa the owner that waited on meI being blind I want to be as independent as I can .When I got home after spending 100.00 on product I found that they sold me 2 conditioners and even during check out she could not be bothered to point out the mistake!!! I will return one conditioner and get what I need but I Will Never go back there they don’t seem to care one way or the otherJuli Grimes

I’ve been going to Parlour for 6 years. It’s a go-to trustworthy, reliable, lovely, fun, shoppable, and relaxing experience. Hair care is top notch; Lisa , Susan and the rest of the staff are friendly, warm, accommodating and extremely welcoming. The store is full of cute goodies; jewelry, hair accessories, makeup and quality humans who care about your experience. No need to travel to Burlington when this gem is right downtown.My hair can be really difficult to highlight blonde, I prefer cooler , ashier tones. And most places just couldn’t get it right. Often it would have traces of orange or turn very yellow after a couple of weeks. Lisa and her team met with me for a consultation and talked with me about what I was looking for. She made sure that I got exactly what I wanted; after 6 years nothing has changed and she still checks in on how I feel about my hair results. Everyone is super caring and professional. My last visit was with Lisa and Kameron (who was still in training). What an amazing team! I was so impressed with Lisa’s patience to show Kameron what she was doing and teach her some new techniques. As I said, my hair can be challenging; taking the time to show another stylist how to work on tricky hair is a mastery approach and speaks to Lisa’s work ethic. Kameron and Lisa were a great team and I continue to love my hair!Go for the service and trendy swag, stay for the mission and vision that this place strives for. Not only is it everything above, but the owner and their experienced staff are committed to offering an equitable and inclusive workplace. I value their commitment to training and providing the best quality support for their stylists. Their commitment to their employees improves their quality and service by being able to accommodate any schedule , ensuring a knowledgeable staff, and offering the most fun and enjoyable atmosphere. I always get a great cut here. The staff are super professional and take care of you. I use their online appointment scheduler. It's a quick way to schedule an appointment after hours or when you can't make the phone call.

Parlour is THE place to go for color, cuts and amazing service and products. I drive over an hour to get my hair done here because they are that good. People have followed Lisa from Burlington to Brandon and now to Middlebury! I highly recommend Parlour!!!!

I have been a client at Parlour since 2018. I've had the pleasure of having Lisa color my hair during these years it has been the best salon experience of my life. I travel from Burlington to see her and the crew. Lisa always accommodates her busy schedule to fit me in and I always leave with amazing results. They also make me feel like their favorite client because I've been featured on the IG page quite a few times!I can't forget about the amazing retail offerings as well. I was introduced to Kerastase, Virtue and davines by Parlour. I got a mediocre haircut from here. I asked if they had a student discount and they were unsure. Then went in the back and asked someone, who said no. I later found out they give out coupons on campus for $10 off a haircut!
