This pharmacy had a great record years ago for being timely-that said its the worst place to get your prescription filled. Weather its a new prescription or a refill that you called in days before, they wont start working on it until you arrive and ask for it. The last time I called one in they asked when I would be picking it up, I said 1 hour. I intentionally waited 3 days and it was ready. Apparently this is how it works. They are overwhelmed. I switched to mail order as of last week.
