The Sim card tray broke off in my landlord's cell phone! I brought it here, and these guys were able to get the Sim card out & get a replacement tray within 2 days! Super grateful!

Hired them last Spring to build a tower system and transfer components into it from an older case. The build was done in a reasonable time, was clean, no loose parts or disconnections. However, I had told them I wanted the build to be according to my complete instructions. I told them over the phone and gave them a detailed printout. They agreed to do it my way. But they ignored my directions. They didn't update the BIOS, they didn't transfer a USB card, and they mounted the processor heatsink cooling fan so as to block access to one of the RAM slots. These were critical errors and their failure to comply with standards to which they'd agreed at the start has influenced me to not endorse their business for others. Be aware of their shortcomings and, if you hire them check their work afterward.

My laptop crashed and was unfixable. Yukio set me up with new (used) computer, transferred all my files and programs, and got me all set up in less than 24 hours. He did an amazing job and all at a more than fair price.

Highly, HIGHLY recommended. Helped me with a recent laptop battery and hard drive failure. Replaced both and saved me tons of data and time. THEN helped reestablish my email account. Extremely reasonable prices and some of the nicest, most courteous and professional people you will meet. If it was capable of giving 6 stars, I would do it.

Summary: after my device motherboard was damaged, Tech Medic diagnosed the issue and recovered all my files. I highly recommend Tech Medic for anyone facing hardware issues.
My Lenovo Thinkpad 5th gen (more than 4 years old) suddenly failed to POST (turned on but couldn’t boot up). When Middlebury College IT Helpdesk and my own troubleshooting identified that it was a hardware issue, I brought my device to Tech Medic, because of their strong reputation.
I paid $45 for diagnostics, which unfortunately identified that it was a BIOS error and the motherboard was damaged. While a replacement motherboard would cost more than the device is worth, luckily Tech Medic’s advanced data recovery (about $100) saved all my files to an external USB drive.
I brought my device in at the end of day Friday and picked it up on the next Thursday. Tech Medic responded promptly to my calls and generously answered all my questions, explaining the process.
I would highly recommend Tech Medic for their professional, straightforward, and thorough services at an reasonable price.

Wasn't expecting such a fantastic experience. Was lost trying to find AT&T & stumbled upon store. Phone was water-damaged. Yukio was very straightforward, professional & knowledgeable & kept me appraised & updated throughout entire process. Excellent service!

Between knowledge&customer service, Tech Medic deserves 10+ stars. Tim tried all spare phones he had, to work with my chip, so I would have a phone until my got mine back. He also did his best so I wouldn't need a new screen for my water damage phone. And surprisingly, I did not need a new one, and my phone has been working just as it was before. If you are not willing to replace your, you should definitely go there! ?

I received same day repair for a damaged screen on my s22 ultra. Genuine parts, friendly staff, excellent service. Based on my luck with phones, I will absolutely be using them again.

They fixed a broken Touch Bar on my MacBook. I didn’t even know you could fix that kind of thing. I had it back in a week. I will be taking my computers and phones here whenever they have a problem from now on. Great service. Good prices.
