long overdue review. i was driving thru middlebury on july 3rd and had a weird sound coming from the brakes. called around and he was the only one who would take me in with the holiday weekend having started, even though he mentioned he was wanting to get out early that day for his own holiday plans. turned out to be a simple fix, but he still could've rightfully charged for the inconvenience and chose instead to let me off free. wouldnt even take a tip. saved me a lotta panic and potentially even a ruined trip. great guy

Ben was super responsive and even though he was full for the day still found time to fix my car. I was only in town for a day and he was able to get me back on the road in time and was very honest and for a good price. A real lifesaver

Our moving van with groceries in the back broke down and this man was there within 20 minutes to take a look at it for us. He let us know the couple of things it could be and why and had already called around to see if anyone in town had the parts before he got to us. This is the type of business you want to support. Hard working; private shop. Go here, you won't regret it.
