Went to get my passport done and this women had every excuse why she can’t do it I brought all the needed stuff and she said she couldint accept my birth certificate because it had water stains on it. She is very rude and condescending. I went to the county building and they accepted everything I brought.

It truly is bizarre how rude these employees are, even when there isn't an issue. Go to East Middlebury or Brandon instead, where the workers are friendly and helpful.

I avoid this location and drive 20 minutes out of the way. Tara bullies me every time I'm there and treats me with hostility.
