Went to get a new phone because mine had stopped working and all was going fine until the woman helping me tried to scan the new phone into the system and it wasn’t working. She was blaming her coworkers who set up the inventory and she then had to call Verizon customer support who had us on hold for about 20+ minutes and then on the phone for even longer. Verizon customer support was struggling to help her over the phone so she decided to do some troubleshooting on her own and resolved the issue in a number of minutes- could’ve saved us over 45 minutes if she had done that first. Does not seem to be a very organized location. Frustrating that I had to pay such a high set up fee for service like that.

DON'T BOTHER . set up an appointment online, drove 30 miles to get there, right on time. waited 40 minutes while the clerks fiddled with 2 customers, 2 others waiting the whole time. appointment was useless , wasted 2 hrs, 2 hours i'll never get back
