I had went to multiple different places to try to get a car. No one would help me and 802 was amazing and helped me get a car. No problem and the people are amazing and have got my cars from there ever since

My boyfriend and I were going to buy 2 vehicles and they were both listed to be sold on their website. Drove an hour to then be let down because they didn't do their job and service one of the rigs so we couldn't test drive it. Then one tire on the other rig had a hole in it. We asked him why it was listed if no one can buy it and it's been here for 6 months. All he could say is I can't let you drive it. Ok well that still doesn't answer my question. Then the guy got nasty. They could have sold 2 cars at the same time today. Their loss. Don't waste your time with them. I definitely DON'T recommend them.

Dan was great to deal with, and the car was exactly as advertised. Very happy with the purchase so far. The price was very reasonable, and perfect for the second car spare I was looking for.

Do not go here!!!If I could leave Zero stars I would. Went in to see the inventory and test drive if possible and we saw two we wanted to try. Both salvage titles but they said they worked on it themselves. We went ahead and took the first car out to test drive. When we got back they were IN OUR TRUCK. They gave us an excuse saying they were trying to move our truck because it was blocking one of their cars. In which case, I’m sure was true. But incredibly unprofessional! I will not go there and I will be telling everyone about this. I had my purse in there, my husbands and I’d gym bags and everything. We weren’t even gone 5 minutes. They could have waited for us to get back so we could move our truck. Instead we caught them in our vehicle.Edit: they just said they had proof on their cameras that they illegally went to search my car. Regardless of searching for keys, it was illegal. Shouldn’t touch or be inside someone else’s vehicle.

Had a couple small bumps when we first bought the car but they managed to get hubbys transmission replaced under warranty this past summer and now he lost his key fob. They hooked him up with someone that could get him a new one ASAP! Ty Dan

Frustrating experience. Drove 30 minutes to an appointment that we scheduled at 4:15 and showed up to a closed door/closed sign that said the hours were until 5pm. Called multiple times and it went straight to voicemail. When I finally got through, the guy made it sound like I was inconveniencing him and that he would be there when he was done taking photos of a car. After too long of standing outside, I left.

These people do a good job. My parents have bought cars from the dealer and have had a great experience (we still have one, 5 years later). However, this review is about the service center. They do a good job, let’s make that very clear. But you’re not going to get it in a timely manner.I had called on a Monday asking for someone to look at my braking system. I had spoken to someone and gave them my reason, my name, and my contact information. I dropped it off Tuesday night so they could look at it Wednesday. About four days go by with no word from them. I call them Saturday afternoon and ask what’s going on. They said they were “waiting for my call” because they “didn’t know what to do” and that they “didn’t have my contact information”. I was annoyed to hear that four days had past and nothing was being done with no word from them (i had given them my contact information). I was even more confused as to why they were trying to blame their unprofessionalism on me. So when I spoke to someone they had said they knew what was going on (caliper and brake pad replacement) and now that they had my approval they’d start working on it over the weekend.Monday comes and I call them again in the afternoon. They had mentioned something about my TPMS sensor as if I had asked them to look at that. Come to find out they STILL HAD NOT WORKED ON IT. At this point, I’m frustrated, borderline livid. My car had been at this shop for almost a week on a service that should’ve taken a few hours, maybe a couple days. I also knew this was not a cheap service so I was even angrier that they weren’t being transparent about what they were doing and why it was taking so long.It was finally done at 4:00 on Tuesday (a WEEK). The problem I had was fixed, but now I’m hearing a rattling noise-that may not be from them. Overall they did a fine job. The problem was fixed and I guess that’s what I asked for.The mechanic does a good job and works very hard. I realize I have an older model and parts/service can be difficult. However they do not give you any information on “follow ups”, try to make their miscommunication and poor customer service your fault, and do not do services in a timely manner.Frustrating experience, okay service. 2/5
