I've rented a unit here twice in the past few years and each time it's easy to do online , you get your own code for the gate. You always get a receipt for each payment . The units have been clean each time . The prices are good compared to others in the area. they have a variety of sizes to choose from . You can access them 24/7 Anytime I've had questions I received an email back or phone call back in a day or two. When you are finished with the unit and leave it clean like you got it , they are quick to do an inspection and refund your deposit. I will definitely be going back if I need one in the future! And I always recommend them anytime others are looking .

I had a terrific experience using Chimney Corners Self Storage in Milton, VT. My questions were answered very quickly, everyone was friendly, the process was simple, and the unit was affordable. Since I live far away, it was important that I could do everything online and I had no problem with this at all. I will definitely be calling when I have storage needs in the future.

I've had a good experience with Chimney Corners Self Storage. Management can sometimes be hard to get a hold of by phone but is quite responsive via email. Being able to rent a unit and get a gate code via email is incredibly convenient and only takes about 10 minutes to do online.

We've been using this self storage facility for a year now. We have had no issues. Our stuff remains dry throughout the seasons and is safe and secure, but accessible when needed.

Convenient, well-secured and maintained. Jennifer was friendly, professional. Sometimes I couldn't get in touch with someone as quickly as I would have liked but I didn't have any true emergencies and maybe I was just being inpatient.... but overall very satisfied.

If I could give more stars I would. We needed to obtain storage in the Milton area last year and came across CCSS on the web. Long story short, its possible I inadvertently signed up for a smaller unit before renting 2 larger units. We were unaware of the smaller unit until we noticed we were being billed for what was to us an unknown 3rd unit. Working with Jennifer brought the matter to a very satisfactory conclusion (full refund of the smaller unit charges)! Unbelievable customer service!!! The facilities were also perfect, easy to access, clean, and secure. A perfect solution when we needed it. Kudo's to Jen and her team, we are 110% satisfied customers.
