Wow. Washer's that dont give you Hot water when trying to use.. laundry bag machine take you money but doesn't give you what you buy 99% of the time.
Recommend you go so whete else.. last time I ever use this place..

Take a trip to Saint Albans to do your wash and you will be greatful for Greer's.. I travel to Milton and will continue to do so. Anyone take time to think why some of the washers are on vacation.. my guess is they are used more often because it's a safe clean place so there is more traffic.. and those complaining about a 0.25 charge using your credit card on the dryers, I have never seen the bill changer out of quarters

Although this place is in a very convenient location, the machines aren’t always working and the dryers are so expensive. I always use my credit card without ever looking at my bill afterwards and I saw a sign today that said a .25 cent charge will be added on for all credit cards because they are charged a fee. So let’s do the math, it they are charged 4% for me to use my card then for a $2.00 dry that should be pennies(.08). Not an extra 1250% To charge an extra .25 cents is just plain greedy. Maybe you shouldn’t offer credit card payment then. When I said this too the attendant she was incredibly rude and said “Well ma’am it has been that way for 6 yrs” I said that I could see paying 3 1/2 of 4 % but to pay 1250% to dry my clothes is horrible. Her response which was very sarcastically said “well thanks for your input”. I will not be coming back here again. I can overlook the extra money (which is hwy robbery) but when you have employees who are that rude….my business will go elsewhere

I spilled a jar of coins here and both the worker and their regular customers helped me pick it up. They even made it a point to introduce themselves. This is a hidden gem.

I’ve been coming to this laundromat for a while and recently I have run into so many issues. A washer wasn’t labeled as out of order, so I loaded it all up including detergent before I figured out it wasn’t working. There are always at least 4 machines out of order that never seem to get fixed. I also started a load that stopped halfway through with an error message so I had to eat that cost, very frustrating. With how much they charge, this kind of thing shouldn’t be happening on a regular basis.

Most of the washers are out of order. Poor design. Cannot put laundry in dryer without constantly getting bumped by people trying to pass.

DONT USE THIS LAUNDRYMAT!
i have been a long time customer and has been a steady decline in machines that work and smells real bad in there.
They have bathrooms in the place but they want to be cheap and not hire someone so they are always locked and cant use.
What brings me here writing this is i had a full load of laundry with mostly brand new clothing in the dryer and noticed when done something sharp and greasy tore a ton of holes in most of my clothes!!
I have called a good 20 or so times as did my girlfriend leaving messages to not have a return call or response, also emailed her and nothing!
Do not support scumbags like this! Take your money elsewhere and dont support trashy people that have insurance for this type of thing. Now i have to find the time to sue in small claims court!

If I could rate zero stars I would. Placed my laundry into the washer closed the door and water in the seal squirted out and hit my face got in my eye. It stung and the bathrooms were all locked. No sink to even flush my eyes. Went to McDonald's driving with one eye open to flush it out. Definite safety issues as well as a ripoff for the dryers. Didn't see a fire extinguisher. Will call the dept of health to let them know of this businesses shortcomings. Not even an eye wash station.

Omg - not a good time -had to keep switching dryers - wouldn’t register coins or my cc. Washer didn’t register money and had to reinsert, some machines only take cards and charge for card use. Good racket

The laundry is a typical laundry mat, banks of washers and dryers, little tables scattered etc… the washers are decently priced, big washers $7 smaller ones $5. The big rip off is the dryers, 4 min for a quarter. As a traveling medical professional I’ve been to tons of laundry mats across the US and have never seen prices this high for drying. Keep it classy Greer laundry mat, keep it classy
