I went to Impre's nails today. I asked just to have my nails painted. I didn't want a manicure. I felt judged because I bite my nails. He asked me why I bite my nails. I said anxiety, I got told "I can't fix anxiety" I got told my nails are too short. He told me that I needed to get a manicure instead of just having my painted and I chose a color that I liked. He then ended up doing a different color. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied. I will not be going back there again.

We made an appointment we got to our appointment and we were treated like we were walk-ins gave us a pedicure really fast. I asked for gel nails I got nothing. They told us they had a party of six coming in so we would have to wait and I was like well. We have an appointment. They say you have an appointment and then they went and looked in the book. whom ever booked it booked it on the wrong day they charged me $88 and I did not even get what I wanted. When I called. They told me to come back in two weeks. No no I want the problem fixed now had no choice but go to my bank and get my $88 back. I will never go there again.

we had an appointment but they didn't think we did they rushed on us because a party of six was coming in. I asked for gel nails, I got gel polish she pretty much kicked me out of her seat for someone else and as for my feet didnt even scrap off the dead skin their dry as hell and look like crap. I called and all they said was come back in 2 weeks, no it should have been a top priority to correct what was done wrong oh yeah, they realized after we did have an appointment. Whoever took the appointment wrote it on the wrong day. I paid $88. I have been in touch with my bank. I will be refunded for this and I will never go back there, or recommend anybody to go there

So I called Impres nails to get this Pedi off my feet from the last pedicure I had, bc it's gel so I can't get it off. I even painted over it w new nail polish but it looks TERRIBLE so yesterday when I called they said oh it will be 12$ then charged me 15$ like what? I didn't even question it because it was only 3$ but still, kinda came across to me in a negative way.

I've tried both nail spas in Milton, I'm definitely going back to Sassy I'm not even a week into my nails and the shine faded, the ends are chipping and 1 nail tip is coming off pull my original nail with it half way up my nail bed.

I have been in a few times and it isn't a lively environment. Little conversation.
My last service (October 2023) was a fill. I had gotten my nails done out of town for a wedding last month, so pretty grown out. I have healthy natural nails that had time to grow out and make a good base to work with, or so I thought... One younger guy was directed to remove the tips that had been put on. He snapped them off with another nail tip. And then started cutting them! 4 of my natural nails chopped and figured it was a ploy to charge me for tips again, because at that point I needed tips for the nails he chopped off.
I think this guy was in training because after he destroyed what I came in with, I was passed off again for tips and shaping. Once shaped, back to the new guy for dip powder. Once he got to the glitter tips, he couldn't figure out how to dust the glitter on with a brush and called the other guy (training him?) Back over who finished my manicure. I say manicure gently because my cuticles we not pushed back ,trimmed, no cuticle oil, no lotion, nothing. Surrounding areas completely ignored. So I don't know if I fill and a manicure are separate, but still the price of a full set!
When the dip was shaped after, left hand good, right hand not so much. Nails are ditched out and oddly shapen. Nail lengths vary and weren't compared during filing and shaping. Attention to detail was missed.
All for $65 and he said he didn't charge me again for tips this time once hacked off.
I had one other manicure there in May for full set, tips and extra charge for shape which was $70! I don't get the math. No prices listed online. I feel the price is always different.
I think I will look elsewhere or invest in a kit to do my own from now on...

Pedicure ok. Gel manicure peeled within a few days. Online appointment system doesn’t actually hold your appointments either. Showed up for a confirmed 1pm and was told to come back another day.

When hung was there it was a great place but now the brighter came up from GA and he’s really rude. He upcharges every service, sorry this isn’t Atlanta !!!

Horrible will never go there again. They rushed my nails continously told me she couldn't so the nail designs I requested because it would take too much time and then decided to put dip on top of my gel nails because that was faster. Customer service obviously wasn't a priority. Worst experience I've ever had getting my nails done! If I could rate no stars I would!Service: Acrylic nails
