“For a small town post office, I've had nothing but good experiences working and communicating with the folks who work here. They're reliable and dependable when it comes to delivering the mail (which is perfect considering the role they play) and the few times I've had to call in to check on something, I've never had to wait more than 2 minutes on hold and I always get a person. Keep up the good work!”

“All the ppl complaining about this post office have no clue what the workers are actually dealing with, they are short staffed, so if u have to wait 2-3 weeks to get ur package, it is what it is, the amount of time yall took outta ur day to write a whole essay with negative feedback like we back in middle school you could’ve went to the store and got what you wanted, they do sell dog food and toilet paper at the store haha, it’s the whole world now, I go in all the time to ship stuff out and the clerk Yuka is the friendliest dude always helps me out and is great, the customers I see him deal with on a daily basis is ridiculous, barely can look him in the eye when he greets them and calling him names and being rude to him, it’s not right, they doing the best they can with the limited resources they have. All I can say is I’ve always had a great experience dealing with him and this post office and all these ppl writing nasty comments need to find something better to do with their life.”

“There on an almost daily basis. You’ll never find a better/more friendly staff than at the Fairfax post office. Very knowledgeable. If only all USPS locations could be this efficient.”
