We have had Rowley Fuels for heating oil delivery and heating furnace service for 30 years. Their team is easy to work with, always responsive, respectful, and professional. If there were any issues, they were minor at worst, and quickly resolved through effective communications.

Called to set up an account. Gave them all the information. they said they would call back to set up an appointment. Week later still haven't heard a word. Update; Less than 8 hours after posting they called and setup delivery.
