“Unbelievable service. My starter died Friday night when everyplace was closed so this Monday morning I called around and although everywhere else was booked these guys got me in immediately and went right to work 2 days before Christmas and got me back on the road in hours.
After getting the starter fixed they called to see if I wanted my exhaust patched which I in fact did, I just didnt want to put em out for something that wasn't an immediate problem, but it's nice to save the trip I'd be making later for it.
Good price, good guys and idk if they do it all the time but it was 2 degrees out earlier and they gave me a ride that I very much appreciated.”

During my travels through Vermont, I had the misfortune of a tire blowout on Hazens Notch Rd. While changing my tire, several people stopped to ask if they could help and recommended Lutz’s Automotive to see if they had a replacement tire rather than using the donut spare. I was traveling to Ohio via Northern New York, so I still had considerable travel ahead.
Fortunately, they had a tire that could get me safely on the road until I could get the correct replacement. Everyone involved was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I appreciate the technician putting away my spare tire and the jack. Instead of my incident being a major headache, Lutz’s Automotive added to my pleasant Vermont experience.”
