I can't ask for a better agency. They listened to what I needed, found me an incredible package and all went very smooth thanks to them. I will ALWAYS use AAA and the Montpelier office for my future travel needs.

I called Unique on Saturday for help with some travel plans. She explained that she was the only one in the office and that it would take a little bit longer which I understand. It’s now Wednesday I have heard nothing. Even an update would’ve been great so I called her told her I was and she asked me what I wanted in a very unfriendly voice! I wanted to say how about an update? But instead I said I’m looking for an ETA of what it would take to get it done and once again she said well she’s the only one in the office and I’m like OK so what exactly does that mean? And she says it means it’s going to be a while, so if you want this done sooner, you probably want to go someplace else.Unique is not so unique! I went to another AAA branch and they were more than happy to help me and I will have my answer tomorrow!! I love AAA I have used them extensively when traveling my children have used them. I don’t like giving them a bad rating I only want to comment in the service from her .

From my own two recent phone calls, I have enjoyed speaking to the staff at the Montpelier, VT, branch. Knowledgeable, courteous and kind, I can only assume my future interactions will be as pleasant. Thanks for making one aspect in my life difficult-free. :) J

I went in for passport photos. And was able to get them for free by inquiring about car insurance quotes. They had discounted travel bags, suitcases and other gear in the lobby. Nice visit.

After being a member for 2 years without using the service I finally needed it. I was in an auto accident and needed a tow to the autobody shop. I found out that my basic membership only allowed for a tow within FIVE MILES, and then they would NOT tow back to my home after it was fixed because it was not "broke down" - Worthless membership so I cancelled. No value for the money I paid.
