Beautiful housewares, clothing, and jewelry. I always find something good at Bailey Road - usually a few things, actually. It's always a pleasure to be in this shop - it smells good, the staff is friendly, and there are so many good things to explore.

I absolutely love shopping at Bailey Road! Everyone there is so friendly and welcoming, and they truly make the experience special. I especially love how they put clothing suggestions right in my changing room — and honestly, I end up buying just about everything they pick out for me! They have such a great eye for what looks good, and it makes shopping so easy and fun. This is by far one of my favorite stores!

This store sells overpriced items. I tried to return an item I received as a gift and the owner, Sarah wouldn’t let me return or exchange it. I do not recommend shopping at this store. Poor customer service, they leave customers dissatisfied and take people’s money and run with it.
Sarah, when i tried to return this sweater, as i recall it was Feb. 11th, Stacy was the clerk. I explained this sweater was purchased as a birthday gift for me in November so i was within the 120 days of returning it.I think you need to learn to work on customer satisfaction and following your store policy as you stated.

Love this gem of a clothing store in downtown. Beautiful shop, lovely variety of clothes and accessories. I buy most of my professional forward pieces here, and the quality is great. The staff are ALWAYS friendly.

This store, owners and staff are a Montpelier gem. Almost every time I pull that perfect something from my closet I have purchased it at Bailey Road. Love this store!!!!!

This clothing is amazing and very affordable. The owner (Sarah) is very friendly and super helpful. She goes out of her way to make sure her customers are happy and have everything they need. She will also add special items to your dressing room while you are in the store. She has a very special way of making you feel welcome!! During these hard times, she has gone out of her way to make sure that all her customers can still shop and get what they need and want!
