“They helped me every step of the way from opening an account years ago to helping me maintain my account even after moving out of state. Mikailah and Kelty both over the past several months have helped me repeatedly and given me enjoyable, reliable, and efficient service.”

I have closed two of my other accounts and will be using Citizens as my primary financial institution. Major kudos to the staff!!!”

9 School St, Montpelier“I don't get the other reviews about the staff here being rude. I don't go in often but when I do, they always seems to remember me and greet me so nicely. Phone calls are followed-up on; I've always had a pleasant experience with this branch. Unlike the others, this bank is a little inconvenient for me but I keep it b/c of the folks who work in Montpelier.”

90 Main St, Montpelier“Post 2023 flood: As of Sept. 24, 2023, _this_ particular branch is closed due to the July flood, but OPEN is the drive through / ATM only a few buildings away at the corner of School St. and Main St. The School and Main branch also has a small lobby with a regular human teller. As a car-free resident of Montpelier, I'm extremely grateful that one of my downtown banks is open!”
