Spencer was great to deal with. Even helping on his day off. They researched all financial options and let us choose the best fit for us. They helped us with our trade in vehicle - making sure we got the best deal! They made sure all our concerns were dealt with the new vehicle. They just made the whole process easy and stress free. Aren’t willing to make a deal when locating the car I was interested in. They charge over $4k over MSRP for their new vehicles and don’t give any discount on their new vehicles. A lot of back and forth with numbers even though I gave them the monthly payment and how many year loan I wanted. They only offered me a lowball offer towards trade for my vehicle that was rare and In very good condition and was always serviced there. It used to be a good place to deal with when it was under different ownership when it was Capitol City Kia. Very disappointed so I bought a Hyundai Tucson SEL at McGee Hyundai which was willing to give discounts on their new vehicles, they don’t charge over MSRP and gave me more towards my trade. I love my new Tucson.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I wanted to buy my car because my lease was coming an end. No pressure from any of the sales people I worked with to trade it in and get another lease. They even told me that buying my car was the best option for me. The buy out process was easy. They ran my credit against several banks to get the best rate. Took a couple hours but it all worked out great. Was a very easy process. Will definitely return to Preston’s Kia for future purchases.

I had the best experience! Nichole was amazing and it was exactly what I was hoping for with a buying experience! I reached out to about 5 dealers and Preston’s Kia was exactly what I wanted! A seamless buying experience from the comfort of my own home! Nichole was incredibly responsive and helpful. My car was even delivered to my door by the kindest people!

My Kia Soul has ruined 2 timing belts with only 71,000 miles on it. Preston's replaced the head, head gasket, timing belt etc. at 61,000 miles. They did not replace the water pump. At 69,000 miles they said the engine needed to be replaced, but only did the short block. Just 3,000 miles later there is an oil leak all around the oil pan gasket. After speaking with the manager, they will "in good faith" fix the oil leak only and I need to pay for another timing belt.The service rep first told me that they recommend a new timing belt at 61,000 but it was refused. Then he told me they didn't recommend it because it isn't needed until 100,000. After that conversation I found the invoice where I paid for the belt replacement at 61,000 and they begrudgingly admitted they did replace it, but the new belt is past the Kia part's warranty of 12 months, 12,000 miles. Mine lasted 3 years and 10,000 miles. I am having them fix what they will take responsibility for and having the car towed to a mechanic with the integrity to replace the water pump when they replace the timing belt. He will not use a Kia manufactured timing belt. I told the manager that if an oil leak is found around the timing belt I will be calling back. He could care less.I've learned quite a bit since dealing with the engine issues on my Kia Soul and I hope anyone who is considering buying a Kia will do some research on the class action lawsuits due to engine problems. Unfortunately my car was not included in the class action suits.

I love this Kia dealership. Everyone there is warm, professional, and funny. Steve is an amazing sales person. Personable, honest, goes the extra mile. The new addition of Carlos is awesome. We learned all the ins and outs of the car from Carlos. Just an outstanding experience all around.

Wonderful experience with the knowledgeable and friendly staff. Despite our coming in the day after they got dug out from the flood, the Preston’s Kia staff were ready to go. Thanks to Sean and Jordan, we were able to make a purchase of vehicles for myself and my wife the smoothest I’ve ever had. On top of that they had a great selection available. We’ll be back!

If I could give more stars, I would. The story of all Steve from Prestons Kia did for us to get our Sportage Hybrid SX Prestige (we live in DC) should be stuff of dealership legend. After waiting 5+ months from our AWFUL VA dealership with not a care by them whether we ever got a car, a lucky call to Prestons (thx Kia America) yielded a truly unbelievable experience. To say Steve went above and beyond would be short-selling him.From even getting us the Sportage (these things are like unicorns), to simply the best customer service by a. having two colleagues meet us in Hartford for the handoff (right off a flight we took for the car); b. walking us through the entire car on Facetime; c. great advice around financing; d. fielding calls way after hours when we were working through all the meetup challenges/scenarios. Steve is a legitimate superstar.We not only found a great dude at a 'we really care about our customers' dealership, but I know we've made a friend for life. I would send ANYONE within a 500-mile radius to Steve and Prestons if they need a car. They make everything an exceptional experience. It sounds corny, but he's restored my faith in people in sales/service industries. And a final kudos to Carlos from Prestons who walked us through Kia Connect and all it can do.From Steve to Carlos to all their colleagues, Prestons is the platinum standard.

I been dealing with Preston's Kia over the last 6 years.Nichcole -Jason-Jordan always have been great to deal with . Carlos is a real Ace for the dealership he knows the vechicles inside and out and takes his time to go over all features of the vehicle with you great customer service hard to find today.I would definitely recommend to all my friends and family to go there.A real sincere thank you to all the staff at Preston's Kia.Walt

One of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had; my salesman was extremely patient listening to what type of car I wanted. Everything was explained to me how the process of getting it approved. It was not stressful. He was very friendly. My experience at Preston KIA was wonderful. 10/10 I highly recommend !!!
