Apparently the drive through attendee has speech/hearing problems so my order took 3 times to repeat. We got to the window and we're handed the wrong order, asked for the right one and we were met with a blank stare. Through her 5 minutes of slurred speech and wonky eye contact we eventually got our drinks. They were both terrible and something was off about each. The workers honestly seem to be impaired on something each time I go there, and the food will straight up make you sick. Do NOT go here

Again the same guy with a beard in the drive-through window, and this time I asked him could he not say thank you and he answered me with for what?! I will never go back to this store again. And before I pulled off, he said, I don't know why you have to be so rude to me.!!! What has happened to our youth?

Busy little store, friendly staff and very fast Looks like 5 staffers 3 for the drive thru and 1 counter action and a manager.They all seem to be in a real groove working that morning

Do NOT waste your time coming here! The employees in there are rude, their customer service is terrible. They will throw your food on the counter & ignore you when the food falls out the bag. They will also talk about you as if you came there to cause a spectacle!! Dont waste your time here!!

I ordered a matcha latte and i received a completely different drink and asked for a new one. They then didn't give me a new one and only tried to alter the previous one they gave me. It was the most HORRIBLE thing I have ever put in my mouth and I'm so taken back by how terrible there service was. Do not recommend.

This morning on my way to a very important commitment I ordered 2 iced coffees and one glazed donut from this horrendous Dunkin'. The line was long which is expected for 7:30am, HOWEVER, they completely messed up my order and when I asked for the correct order that I PAID FOR they told me the line was too long and that I'd have to go around the drive-thru again and re-order. Disappointing. 0/10.

Went here two days in a row. Got my breakfast order wrong each time. Knew I should have checked the bag before leaving. Disappointing and annoying.

I asked to authorized $40 at the counter but consumed less. Usually when you ask to authorize a card that can't be used at the pump's automatic terminal (a Canadian debt card, in my case), the amount isn't charged but only authorized and the charge that is made reflects that actual consumption. I consumed $35 but was actually charged $40.
