Worst. Worst. Worst. Customer service on the planet. If it were possible to give less than 1 start I absolutely would. I have been trying for SEVEN weeks to get an old account sorted out and it's still not taken care of.

No redundancies in place for major fiber cuts which seems to happen often in this state. No communication, terrible customer service.
