I've been very happy with the service I've received. Staff is friendly and take the time to review what was a must vs what should eventually be done with no pressure. Repairs have been great with no follow up needed.

I purchased a preowned Volvo from TJ two years ago and have absolutely loved my car. Recently I had a mechanical issue that was much more advanced than I expected. The day of my service, in the middle of a snow storm, the Crossway team worked diligently and efficiently to source a new starter from Burlington and get it back to the shop to be installed in my car. I had expected to be waiting for days, but they made it happen THAT day. I was there for a short period of time and my car has been running flawlessly since. I’m so grateful because I’ve had the problem diagnosed elsewhere but not many techs are skilled at working with European models. At Crossway, they are skilled at it all. I look forward to having my car serviced with you guys again. Thanks Paul & Ryan!!

Crossway Auto I had the worst experience ever with a car mechanic they fix my fiance car for $1,100 picked it up one day then the next day it broke down now the guy wanted me to pay $144 on a diagnostic that he has to do it no matter what!! Very unprofessional I will not be taking my car or my family car back to them ever again

Great service and incredibly knowledgeable staff. I had an issue with banjo bolt leaking coolant on my Saab and not only did the first person I talked to know exactly what I was talking about, they also had the part in stock! I was impressed! Highly recommend if you own a Euro car!

I have nothing but great things to say about Crossway and the technicians who work so hard to make sure the customer is happy. My ‘92 SPG is now driving like it did 150,000 miles ago. They do an amazing job! Would recommend to family, friends and anyone who needs an honest mechanic! Thanks guys!
