I have been using this laundromat for over 40 yrs and my fiance and I went to do our laundry today. Why'll we were there spending over $50 on laundry my fiance had her monthly issue and needed to use the bathroom. Well we were told there's NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS!!! We explained we were customers not the public but we were told that NO ONE IS Allowed to use there restroom!!! No Exceptions!!! I didn't mind telling them we would never be back for anything!!! To be at a laundromat for 2-3 hours without a restroom isnt as hard on the men as it is for a woman or my fiance. For them to not let her use the bathroom and her to have an accident out in public is unnecessary. They can look at someone and know if there being honest or not. Plus our clothes smell burnt.we used dryer sheets and some awesome laundry soap and they smell burnt!!! I will never go there again and I don't recommend anyone else doing it either. There's a better laundry mat on Elm Street.

Credit card machine didn’t work so I had to use coins which isn’t a big deal except when I looked at my bank balance later that day I saw that I was charged a total of 7 TIMES for $5 apiece! Even more disconcerting was the fact that the cost of the load should have only been $2.75.
Normally I can shrug off machine error. These things happen, but when I went down there to tell the staff about it the woman working there was so unbelievably rude to me that I felt I had to warn other people to stay away. Looking over the other reviews I see that this is not the first time something like this has happened.

No rest room last time the floor was cleaned jimmy Carter was president just a all round dirty nasty place 2025 and no rest room unbelievable this is my first and last time using them maybe the owners should go look inside double bubbles

Who is the owner of this laundromat and how do you contact them? The machines charged my card and the woman working the elderly lady with long blonde white hair is very rude and don’t help! What happened to the kind employees here? I’d like to at least get my money back

It’s a good enough place. When I have a lot of laundry I’ll drive up since they have a lot to machines to work with. But my most recent experience has left me feeling pretty poorly about it. I was not aware they close at 8pm on Wednesday and that the last load was 630pm. I drive 45 minutes to come here so it was a complete waste of my evening.
Them losing my business since it’s just not worth it or feasible to be able to get there wont hurt their bottom line. I’m not going to give them a 1 or 2 since they’re not that bad. I just wanted to share my experience and also let others know the last load times since they dont have a website to be able to check these things.

When my washer was ruined in the flood Tess was so kind and showed me the best way to get all my laundry done super quick. Great snd kind service! Tess is the best!!

The only washers that are reliable are the ones the employees use to wash the capitol plaza sheets/towels. I often times will have stuff that is dry , not washed, undissolved pods, or pay extra for hot water just to get cold. This place is terribly under-maintained and is mostly there to have a place to wash the hotel stuff otherwise the customers would be treater better .

This is the only laundry mat i will ever use when needed. Staff is always so welcoming and pleasant. Tess is the absolute best! She is always happy and will say good morning or hello to every single customer. The only down fall is i wish there was a phone number for this place.

I used this Laundromat to process my own loads while my washer and dryer were down. Super convenient because all machines have card access. The place is clean and well lit. Also, not too busy. Would definitely use again.
