“A troubled beginning to the process had a happy ending. I no longer drive, so I am at the mercy of scheduling. I was very unhappy when I booked my ride, there was activity showing my two new prescriptions had been received. A whole day later, tick-tick because I have a ride coming, I learned one had an insurance snag, then a second one. I aborted the rides and did not have another reasonable chance to appear for over two weeks. After setting my ride request, and calling again to make sure neither would be subject to restocking, the nightmare I anticipated for the busiest time of the week, did not come to pass. I waited for one person. I had an extended period of observation, and I believe everyone had only one ahead of them, certainly no more than two. I was checked on, seated in chairs, to see if my prescription was being worked on. The clean bathroom was a great, and welcomed, feature.”

“The entire crew is excellent. Pharmacies in VT are strapped thin with the recent increase in population , and I am just so grateful these folks are here. They are timely, work hard, and are respectful of their patrons—regardless of who they are. After the flood, Kinney’s rebuilt and our local staff have been visibly doing their best to keep things running smoothly with less room, reduced staffing, and under new pressure now that they are the only pharmacy in town now. Also, if they weren’t here we’d have to drive to Barre.”
