My primary experience is with the owner, Jeremy. He is so knowledgeable about all thinks martial arts! His trainings and products are awesome. He really understands the science behind the training and breaks it down to an understandable level for even the most novice individual. Great Company!

An incredible resource for martial artists, including guides to strength training and stretching. Novice and seasoned alike will find content to benefit their training. I am also impressed by the consistency and quality of the podcast, which interviews top martial artists as well as covers current events in the martial arts world. Most important, it's a friendly environment which is run by martial artists, for martial artists, so mutual respect and encouragement is core. I'm looking forward to the Free Training Day.
