“I had an amazing experience and can't recommend them enough. A package shipped via them to IL was returned by the FedEx driver because they thought items were damaged. I struggled to locate the package in IL and when I called Pack & Send I learned it was shipped back to them. They were able to file a claim for damages, repackage and ship it back to IL and provided a reduced fee for reshipping. The level of attention and integrity is rare these days. Please use this company for your shipping needs.”
“Joel was very quick to call me when I submitted a USPS missing mail claim - within at most an hour I received a call. Unfortunately I missed the call, but he left a nice voice mail and explained the delay in delivering a package to a client. I appreciate this post office for being so quick and helpful! My package was delayed for delivery in the area due to muddy roads, which is completely understandable.”
“One of the good USPS locations in Vermont - if you live here, you know how sporadic mail delivery can be. My mail is delivered on time and packages always arrive in good condition. I also went once to drop off a package, not knowing their mail room closes 1 hour before actual closing time. Because I had a pre-paid label, the person working here accepted my package at 4:45pm on a Friday. She was kind and understanding. Good USPS location!”

“I had a great experience at this post office. The postmaster Dennis was incredibly helpful and kind…especially since I can be a little confused every time I go to ship something, I was grateful he was there to guide me. I’m from Pennsylvania and wasn’t sure what this little town post office would be like. So I will disagree with the 1 star reviews on this Google listing, I don’t think they are accurate at all. Had a good conversation about music and film with Dennis, packed my package, and was on my way.”
