Chuck’s is everything that a great bike store should be. It is chock full of bikes and parts dating back from the oldest generation to the newest generation. Chuck and his staff immediately understood what my bike needed, they had the parts and installed them immediately.

They had the Shimano bleed screw that I needed on hand. Hank also fixed a different hydraulic brake lever on the sopt!

Ordered a Transition from Hank by way of PinkBike. Hank was very straightforward to deal with and was easy to reach with questions. Was in communication with me until I had confirmed that I had successfully received the bike. Shipping was very fast. I would not hesitate to purchase another bike from Chuck's Bikes.

Helped me get training wheels on that were impossible to do myself without their knowledge, fixed the handle bars and filled the tires up. Helpful kind knowledgeable people 10/10

First day riding the Lamoille trail and my derailleur extender aka wolftooth broke within five minutes of starting the ride. I took the derailleur out and shortened the chain to be able to ride and get to the shop. I was running late because I had to stop every 5 minutes to put the chain over the gears again, kept falling. I called them and mentioned I’d be there 10 min after their closing time, and they told me they’d wait for me. Got there and was happy to find all the parts I needed, including the wolftooth. Even got a free used derailleur just in case mine got shot. Used the bike stand in front of the shop and fixed my bike, allowing me to continue the trail to the campsite. Thank you!!!

Just bought a Marin Four Corners from Chuck’s Bikes & I’m stoked! Hank hooked it up with sweet tires that I saw on another bike (even special ordered them) & wider bars with some really fun tape. All the guys in the shop are kind and knowledgeable, and their love of biking really shows in their work. Super grateful to have this little gem of a bike shop close by!

My chain ring fell off while on a Bikepacking trip because the bolts rattled loose. They were so helpful here and fixed it right away. Also gave me some spare bolts in case it happened again!
