TLDR: if you are local, shop around online. I garuntee you'll find better deals.First experience everyone was very nice when I bought a kitchen table set. They did charge like 60$ for a 10 min away delivery in Johnson. It was very expensive.Second experience they said the bed set I wanted was on order, 90 days probably. Went online and found the exact same set for 400$ less and got it 2 weeks later.Last experience the sales lady looked at me like a hawk the whole time I was browsing sofas. Made me feel like I was trash. I left the store went home, and found the EXACT same sofa I liked for 1200$ dollars less! And with free shipping.Good luck guys.

My elderly father ordered a daybed from Amazon and it was shipped from this company. They sent the wrong color, it was purchased in chestnut and they shipped the item in dove grey. He went back and forth with this company and Amazon for over a month trying to get the item picked up for return but the seller kept telling him to take it to UPS, but would not listen when he said the boxes were too heavy for one person to lift. It was there responsibility to arrange for the return of this item since it was their error, but they absolutely refused. Avoid this business all cost!!! The company's response it odd since the item was shipped from their business. Nice job trying to deflect your crappy company.

We were impressed with the selection of furniture and bedding. We were looking for a new sofa with reclining end sections. Roy was very helpful. We found some we liked after sitting in them, so we need to pick one of them and a fabric. Only gave 4 stars as we haven't gone through the order and delivery yet.

Being in my “golden years” I have purchased multiple mattresses for many different homes. I have plenty of experience buying them, but still have the same “anxiety” every time....so many choices....so many ways to make an expensive mistake, so many mattress places that make you feel like you are being played. I have worked with Roger, Sarah and crew twice now and just have to shout their praises. I would never buy another mattress anywhere else. They are knowledgeable, kind, friendly, honest and bent over backwards to make our sales work for us. Also, I was surprised to see the high quality furniture they carry in their store....some made by local artisans. You can’t make a mistake with this company!

Clean, well lit storeroom. Way bigger than it looks from the outside. Friendly but not pushy sales folk. We plan to return to make a purchase after stopping by to peruse couches.

Surprisingly disappointing and irritating experience. We had made purchases at this store previously and our experience was good but no problems had arisen. This time, after purchasing a sofa bed in mid-2017, their response with respect to standing behind the products they sell was nothing less than terrible. After purchasing the sofa, well within 6 months, the padding on one of the arms collapsed. They charged us about $150. to transport the sofa back for repairs (which was probably okay). This is for a second home in Vermont. When we returned, several months later, the same arm had collapsed in the same way. They insisted that they had, in fact, repaired it and had been in contact with La-Z-Boy about it. They offered to arrange for the sofa to be transported back to them for another $150. but, this time, would charge us for the repair. They refused to take any responsibility for the failure of the sofa to stand up under conditions of normal wear and tear. They used the excuse that we rent our home when we are not there. It didn't matter that we had no rentals during that time period and, even if we did, it would, in our opinion, be totally unreasonable to expect a brand name sofa bed to be unable to withstand someone sitting on an arm. So, our next furniture purchase will certainly be somewhere else.
