I have been doing business with NorthCountry for years . I have had nothing but incredible over the top customer service !!!! The whole team is very polite , educated and informative. The bank is always clean and respectable. I've had accounts at many banks and by far this institution is excellent in every way . HUGE shout out to Kendra in the lending department . I have never met anybody that knowledgeable about lending . Kendra is a lending magician !!! HIGHLY recommend! I recently worked with Kendra to finance a new car . She had the loan all whipped up in a jiffy and I was on my way to the dealership to make my purchase!

I've been with this bank for several years. I have had several issues with them over the years including depositing my money into the wrong accounts as well as denying credit card increases and personal loan requests when I have more than adequate credit and make a considerable amount more money than I ever had before when I was approved for loans and credit. I used to be able to apply for a loan and get approved usually in the same day. Now im lucky to hear back from them and when I do they want all kinds of information including tax returns when they have NEVER asked for them in the past. Unfortunately my husband and I are now looking for a new bank.

I have been with this bank (mostly using the Morrisville Branch) for 4+ years. Multiple deposit and credit accounts. Could not be happier with the efficiency and customer service!

I've been with this bank for 7 years. They have screwed up on several of my transactions and I've had to go through such a hassle to get things fixed. I've also applied for a loan through them and was told that it should be no problem for me to get it only to be told I didn't get it and yet I have great credit. It's nice to know that this bank has my money and I've been a loyal customer of theirs but they aren't willing to work with their members. I guess it's time to switch banks.

After visiting the Morrisville branch multiple times I can say that they have by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced from a bank. After one negative visit, I could understand if it was just a teller having a bad day but each visit their customer service becomes worse. My husband and I have used other branches of NCFCU and have never had a problem. I would NOT recommend using the Morrisville branch.

I missed an insurance renewal and they charged me 6x MORE than what I would have paid for a WHOLE YEAR of insurance, for a few months of accidental lapse. That means they are charging me more for insurance than I would have paid for the entire term of my lease! For a small a lapse that I thought was automatically renewing through my coverage/lease. Robbers! Will never use them again. Watch your back when banking with these crooks.

This place should be embarrassed the way it treats its members and their finances. Besides any lack of professionalism or respect, the business practices of this institution are bordering on criminal. I do NOT recommend anyone consider this institution to trust with your financial needs.

Have always been treated well when visiting the branch, and love the checking option they have to earn more. Deposit rates here are generally better than other credit unions in the state.
