Hours: The United States Postal Service (USPS) is the only organization in the country that regularly delivers to every residential and business address. While the staff is generally friendly and helpful, there have been some issues reported. One customer experienced a driver consistently delivering to the wrong address, and another customer in Stowe was told their requested method of mailing could not be done due to it being a "grey area," which the staff in Morristown later clarified could have been done with a few extra steps. Additionally, some customers have found that the branch offices do not always have the services or supplies they advertise, and the staff may not be familiar with local resources to assist customers. Overall, the USPS provides a vital service, and most customers report a positive experience, with a little "crustiness" being acceptable in an efficient post office.
