The Pharmacy is well organised under Molly's guidance, she is a friendly, efficient and caring hard working overall nice person who always has a nice smile and a minute to say Hi, How are you?

I forgot my medication while visiting from out of town and the pharmacist was very helpful working with me to make sure I was able to get what I needed.

Scheduled a vaccine for the 1:45 pm today, since it’s the only CVS catering PM schedule even though It’s an hour drive I scheduled appointment. When I arrived and about to check in I was advice that there is a system downtime like what?! you should have inform me earlier when I was on my way that it was canceled. I just wasted my time going to the clinic. I asked the staff why did they not informed me thru email nor text that my appointment is already cancelled, upon checking in there system email cancellation did not push thru to send.

I don’t shop here often but when I do it’s always awful. I bought a few things yesterday and used the self checkout because a young kid was sitting behind the other register on his phone not paying attention. After ringing everything up I realize it doesn’t take cash and the self checkout keeps asking me to insert payment. First issue is the self checkout has no volume button so everyone in the store can hear it. Second is the oblivious kid behind the counter not even noticing because he is on his phone. When the kid rang me up he made it abundantly clear he hates his job.
Will never shop at CVS again.

I don’t ever do this, but wow! Walgreens is closed in Hardwick. So I started coming here. The gentleman that works here is so unpleasant and rude. I walked up and was the last one and after driving from Greensboro I was told I’d have to wait til they came back from lunch and closed the metal gate. Then one just sat in the pharmacy the whole time I was waiting. Other than the pharmacist and that guy, I get along with everyone else, but this is awful customer service and incredibly rude.

If I could give zero stars for their pharmacy I would. I'm not usually one to negatively review an establishment, but they literally walked me in about five circles before urging me to sit and wait after I'd already waited. I went from being the first one here to last in line of about ten people. My medication was ready to go they just needed to confirm my Medicaid ID to issue the meds..I called and was on and off the phone in less than thirty seconds. They let me stand in line for about ten minutes just to have me stand in another line and then when I got to the front told me to sit and wait. It was a complete joke.

I was just waiting at the counter for help. I was not in a rush, just wondering if I should press the button or not to call for help. I did not need to receive attitude from one of the employees, who said, "an excuse me goes a long way," in a condescending tone. The other one was helpful.

Store Manager Marty is great. Wonderful customer service. I was in your Morrisville location yesterday shopping with my husband, and he was very patient when we had changed our mind about an item we were purchasing. He was friendly and helpful with all of the other patrons as well.

I have never reviewed a drugstore before..but I really felt compelled to do so here (don’t get me wrong: I love that we have a CVS here locally so I hope they just take heed from this). They are price gouging.. I don’t pay attention much to prices.. but if you go here you might want to have your eyes wide open! I just bought mouthwash there…simple.. nothing complicated.. checking out I saw it was $11. Got home and looked it up on Amazon.. it’s 1/2 the price. Not $1 or $2 less.. but HALF THE PRICE.. so, these guys are taking advantage of an already existing inflation problem. I’m all for capitalism.. but not when it becomes blatantly avaricious. So, until they get back to normal or “fair” as someone who believes in a free economy, and as a result of courser I believe in competition, so I’ll simply by from somewhere else…and that is why it’s great to live in America because I have the freedom to so whenever I want :) !

This location is truly awful. I work in health care and the way the pharmacy performs is extremely unprofessional and unorganized and uncaring. I understand all health care is understaffed, etc. I feel that pain at work, too. But the pharmacist herself yelled at people waiting in line, calling us “a bunch of truckers” mind you I’d been waiting 30 minutes in line when the man two people ahead started to get irritated. They called and said medication was ready for pickup, arrived and med was not ready. Waited another 45 minutes for them to fill it and get back through the line again. Another customer had driven an hour to pick up his med that was “ready” only to get through the line and be told it wasn’t even in stock or available. There is no good organization or apparent filing system as they just have a tote of filled prescription bags on their middle island. Another lady was pacing around crying and frantic due to a med error by the pharmacist. It was total chaos. This time I needed to have a script transferred so I called needing to give those details. Tried calling on three different days at different times, waited for 45 minutes each time with no answer. Called front end and spoke to supervisor who did not acknowledge the situation or offer any assistance and said that “you’ll just have to deal with being on hold for over an hour I guess” and hung up. It’s sad for a remote area with only two pharmacies to have to be deal with this on a regular basis. If my insurance would cover prescriptions through Kinneys I would switch back in a heartbeat.

I needed help from the pharmacy staff. Despite being very busy, they took the time to make sure i had all the information and assistance I needed. I am grateful for the k8nd and compassionate way I was treated.
