Most hardware and garden supply places around here leave their bags of sand out in the weather, which makes it unusable in cold weather, because water leaks into the bags then freezes along with the sand making it impossible to spread. These folks properly shelter their bags of sand. Sounds like a small point, and maybe it is, but it is essential.”
