“This is a well-organized store, with plenty of cheerful staff, who either know the answers to my questions or go to get the answer from the person who does. When I ask at the front desk where to find an item, usually someone there takes me to the right aisle and then finds the item and shows me where all the other sizes and brands are...and even alternate solutions to the same problem. Lately I go for products for my puppy, and she is welcome, on a leash, throughout the store. Generally I think the prices are lower than I have seen at large pet-supply stores.”

“It's the 1st place where Maizey seems actually happy to go in. She leads us and pulls on her leash to go inside. The staff is very friendly and extremely professional. We do not worry about Maizey's stay at Comfort hill.”
