I called to see if their was any availability units open! So with 20 minutes on the phone! I had a 19✖️10 for the price of a 10 ✖️ 10. Only due to they were out of all other units

Rented a unit here because it was the closest place to our house that had availability (almost 30 miles away). Our unit was broken into this month, so we are currently seeking storage somewhere else. They have a opening/closing gate with passcode, but it is not used - the gate is always open and we were never provided an entry code. The units are nice and dry, but the security here is lacking.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. Their customer service is non existent. I notified them I would be leaving my unit. I left my unit spotless, and swept. I left my unit on the 3rd day of the month, and they are trying to charge me for another entire month because I didn't notify them I was leaving at least 10 days early. (I notified them 9 days early) I of course will not pay. I offered to pay for the 3 days, but they were rude and wouldn't have a rational conversation with me, they just kept repeating the same scripted phrases back to me. The amount of phone calls, and lack of professionalism on their part is astonishing. Please rent elsewhere. Also, I had mice damage in several boxes and totes. We had absolutely no food in the unit.

These people are horrible. Customer service is the worst I ever had. They are rude and not professional . If I had another storage unit near by I would not be renting from them.

The facility is nice and clean and secure and that is about all I can positively say about my experience here. I am not impressed with the new overseas management. I rented two spaces because the largest one available has had a broken door for several months. I ended up getting up sold into securing two units and was not refunded any money after realizing I didn’t need the two spaces. The manager who apparently is authorized to credit won’t even call me back. It is a monthly hassle trying to call and ask to speak to someone. The final straw is that they are now trying to add on additional insurance fees which are duplicate due to my own private insurance. I can’t afford All Purpose’s Storage predatory pricing practices and am very disappointed that anyone I talk to on phone can’t make this situation right. Beware before signing a contract here. There are nearby locally owned and managed companies that don’t treat customers this poorly. I definitely will tell all my Family, friends and neighbors to not use All Purpose Storage.

Excellent! The Only place close by that would allow me to sign up online. The others are difficult, if not impossible to get a hold of. The process took 5 minutes and I was done!

I had a problem with my paperwork and they took care of it for me right away even though it was of my doing easy folks to work with like dealing with family

Think I got the only storage bin that leaks but price is good!
