“The regular employees are helpful and mostly friendly. They get the job done, keep the office clean, sort mail even when it doesn't have the right address. The downside is the limited hours (especially weekends), and the fact that they close for for a long lunch in the middle of the day.”

“Cliff and the print and marketing team at the Brattleboro Staples provide exceptional service-- knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and communicative. This is why I keep coming back.”
“Been dealing with W Brat PO for over five years. It’s always been a positive experience, and that’s something hard to find these days.
Always good people at the desk.
(Now somebody make the whole thing perfect, and fill in that pothole in the driveway. 😆)”
“They are always very helpful and polite. I go out of my way to use this post office. Thank you for taking the time each and every time to make going in a great experience!”
“We personally have always had exceptional service here; friendly, prompt, knowledgeable, proactive, considerate - a lovely location with lovely people. Definitely one of the best in the area.”
“This post office has the most awesome postal workers. I left my planner in the lobby and they brought it to my home. Everyone who works here has always been so kind to me, thank you USPS!”
