I walked in to the AT&T store not sure if my iPhone was repairable or not. The knowledge and pleasant personality that Heather possessed created a calming and reassuring atmosphere.
My phone was working once again in a shorter time period than I thought it would take. Great store. Great experience.

Excellent customer service and incredible friendly. Didn’t take longer that 15 total minutes from the time I pulled into the driveway. I will be returning for a car audio system. Far superior to Verizon especially up here in Vermont where you’re almost always in the middle of nowhere.

I stopped by 12/27 just to see what the special offers were. Heather was amazing! She explained the options available to me and made the phone switch painless. She was very knowledgeable. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Highly recommend

Absolutely horrible cell service. I can see the att cell tower from my front lawn but I can't get enough service to call my neighbor. Why pay money for service that doesn't work. The cell reception is turned way down just so you think you have to upgrade plans and spend more money. Att is the worst I should just buy some string and 2 cups. Turn the cell reception up to where it belongs
