Not Vermont senior citizen friendly!!!A disappointment! Charged a paper fee of 14 dollars!….they said they couldn’t email to me!!Then a week later. There app and computers were down and charged $4 for a phone call to check a balance!!!My mother has been a customer for over 20 years!! And you folks….think it right to nickel and dime her and you’re other customers!Shame on you all!!!!

They accidentally sent our personal information, including our account number, to the wrong person. Extremely negligent.

Great people at this branch. Excellent customer service always. The staff is always very helpful.I have been doing my banking at this branch for 15 years and never had a bad experience.
