Amazon package delivered by USPS and signed for by Justin. Went to pick it up and they lost the package, most likely given to another customer. No apologies provided except to file a claim. Shame on them

Absolute worst ever. They deliver Amazon packages up here. They changed the status of my order saying I requested them to hold my package for pick up. I did no such thing. Turns out, they destroyed my Amazon package, ruining the contents- which they left in a plastic bag *at the wrong address*. I cannot stand it here. Cue the nightmare getting customer service on the line.

I had an issue with my bulk mailings. I called My local Post Office for assistance. Rebecca was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Her guidance helped keep my business on track. By far the best experience with the USPS!

USPS is the WORST shipping company out there. They have left me stranded in NYC for a week due them loosing my keys in overnight mail. Second, i have package that are mailed first class and do not see them for two weeks. Very unreliable . I trust Peter Griffin to deliver my package more than USPS.
