Dustin and Kristin have helped me so much in the past week getting my new phone set up. I came in very frustrated that I couldn't do myself. They are very patient and also added humor to the visit. Will definitely be coming back here again when it's time to get a new phone and whenever I have a problem. 100% recommend this store!

What a joke. Waited an hour without a single worker interaction. Left unhappy without a single purchase. Another reason to switch to T mobile! The workers here have never been qualified for customer service work environments.
