So this just happened
I went for a random walk with my little girl. And decided to go to the post office in North bennington because why not.
I never really have alone time because im a mom of 6 and a wife that works and i am busy Pursuing my dreams.
As im walking to the post office
I am also talking to someone dear to me(my family) about life events.
I walk into the post office around 4:45pm
And im still on the phone.
I turn and glance at this lady and say hi
She goes she's Appalled because im having a private conversation in public.
I say okay so (because i was minding my business)
She responds (curse) you.
I was in shock because why are you so rude IN FRONT OF MY KID.
i respond you know who (curse) me my family.
What got me a little pist was i wasn't bothering no one. And you curse me in front of my child.
Anyways im a positive person and im not Going to let her ruin my day.
Thank you for listening.
Im definately going to complain to the post office too because that was unacceptable
And im happy im not a ghetto bitter person.
Im the sweetest person.

Seeing all the problems people are having with other post offices, we are very, very lucky with the North Bennington, VT post office. The service is top notch and the people who staff it are the best. If the entire US Postal Service was like North Bennington, it would be tremendous.

With all the snarky jokes about angry postal workers, the staff at N. Bennington are a pleasure to do business with. Even with the hundreds of customers that must pass through daily, the counter people remember names make you feel welcome.

Best Post Office EVER....in these times, when supply lines are slow, and everyone is blaming the post office...I say to you, one of the best things in this country, is having a local post office...and the people who work at this one, were nice before the pandemic, and they have become nicer during...how I do not know! Thank you, and thank you again.
